How do I place an order?

After deciding the product (s), quantity, size and shipping method, simply click on the "buy now" button at the bottom of the product's details and then proceed to the verification. If you are buying multiple products, click on the shopping cart icon, located in the upper right corner of the screen to continue your purchase.

What are your payment methods?

We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover) and PayPal

Where are the items sent from?

Orders are sent from the warehouses of our suppliers, which we have in several countries and / or continents, such as the United States, Europe and Asia. As our items are stored in several stores, if you buy more than one product, it can be sent in separate packages, in the same way, you will be sent a tracking number for each package sent.

Can I change my shipping address?

Once you have made the purchase, you cannot change the shipping address, since the order preparation process automatically begins. If you want to make any changes, you must cancel the order (purchase) and make it again, making the relevant changes.

Make sure all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid losses, changes or any other incident.

Important: For all customers who provide a different shipping address to their permanent address, we will not be responsible for lost or undelivered packages and / or if you moved from the address you provided.

Important: For all customers, provide your zip code during the payment process to avoid delays in processing and shipping your orders. Customs, postal services and our store are different entities, so we are not responsible for delays caused by these companies.

How long do I wait until my order is shipped?

The time to prepare your order is 4 business days, if you want the shipment to be executed outside of business days or holidays, you must indicate it at the time of purchase.

When will I receive my items after placing an order?

The duration depends on the country of destination. Delays may occur due to holidays and / or unforeseen events. Please note that custom customs inspections may affect shipping time. Our standard shipping is usually 14 days, however, we give you a maximum of 8 weeks for the package to arrive and it will also depend on how fast you process the package at the customs of your country and how fast the post office works in Your province

How can I know if my items have been shipped or not?

When your items have been sent, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. And in it you will get the shipping record of your package.

How do I track my order?

The tracking record of your package is included in your shipping confirmation email.

I looked for my order and the status says "Return to Sender", what should I do?

In case the packages are returned, contact us immediately so we can coordinate the delivery of a replacement. For all customers, be sure to provide your zip code (whichever is available) so that your local post office can deliver your orders in your mailbox.

- The tracking site says: Delivered, but I have not yet received my order. Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. It is the customer's responsibility to track their orders, contact your local post office if the package arrived in your destination country. Contact our Customer Service for more help. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.


- I ordered more than 2 products, but I only received one ... Where are my other product?
We have a wide variety of products that are not stored in the same warehouse, so we always recommend waiting a few more days, to allow time for the second package to arrive. It is always important to contact your local post office, to rule out any loss of the package.
