Refund Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction refund on all products. Our policy is only valid for 15 days. If after 15 days from the arrival at your home you wish to change it (due to a size error or a factory defect), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Requirements:

1. To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

2. It must be in the original packaging.

3. In all cases we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

4. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs and we will provide a new address to send it.

5. DO NOT send the product to the supplier.

In case:

1. The product returns with obvious signs of use.

2. The product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons other than our error.

3. The product is returned more than 15 days after purchase.

NO refund will be made.

Once you have requested a refund, and have shipped the product to the appropriate address, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it.

We will also notify you whether or not your case has been approved for a refund. Once the refund has been approved (depending on the case), the money will be refunded.

If you have requested a refund and you have not yet received your deposit, please:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit or debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is reflected in your bank account due to bank differences.

3. Then contact your bank. Often there is some processing time before a refund is issued.

Products on offer.

- Only products of normal price can be refunded, unfortunately products that are on sale cannot be returned.

- We only replace the products if they are defective or damaged from the factory, (you have a period of 15 days, from the day of arrival of the product in your home, to request the exchange).

Time it will take us to process a refund.

1. It will depend on the country where you live,

2. The time it takes for the product to arrive at our office to be inspected and decide what type of refund will be made.

3. Once decided and communicated the rate of refund to be made, we will proceed to refund the money in the next 24 hours.
